PT. LUMINA PROPERTY GROUP in Bali is seeking a Growth & Marketing Operations specialist to build the systems, tracking, and funnel infrastructure that turns marketing activities into measurable results.

You will own the systems behind marketing performance—from landing pages and tracking to CRM automation, SEO foundations, and lead attribution. This is not a media buying role; you set the numbers and prove what works, on-site in Bali.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone who understands growth through real numbers and hands-on execution.
• You have personally managed real advertising budgets.
• You can talk about cost per lead and campaign performance without being asked.
• You have built landing pages and installed tracking yourself.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are second nature to you.
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM is a strong advantage.
• Working proficiency in English, as most of our clients are international.
• A background in property, hospitality, or high-ticket products will be highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Build landing pages and dedicated pages for target audiences with clear conversion objectives.
• Structure pages for conversion and continuously improve performance.
• Build and maintain tracking systems so every lead has a measurable source.
• Ensure marketing activities can be attributed to leads and conversions.
• Own and manage HubSpot and related marketing operations.
• Develop reporting systems to track funnel performance and lead quality.
• Establish CPQL targets and collaborate with the media buyer for campaigns.
• Monitor SEO foundations and improve website performance.
