Strong English writing and an analytical mindset are essential; experience in real estate is a plus. The role involves coordinating with developers, designers, photographers, and other specialists to grow the brand online.

Qualifications

• Strong written and good communication skills in English.
• Experience in SEO, digital marketing, content and social media.
• Proven ability to build SEO and organic visibility from a new website.
• Experience in real estate or luxury products is advantageous but not required.
• Analytical, commercially minded and data-driven.
• Proactive and independent—able to identify opportunities, plan and execute.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and organic growth strategies from zero.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Develop content strategies and maintain practical content calendars.
• Write, edit and optimise English content for websites, social media, advertisements, guides, articles and other digital marketing materials.
• Manage and grow Santai Homes Bali's social media channels.
• Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Optimise website content, structure, and on-page SEO.
• Monitor traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and implement new online marketing opportunities and tools.
• Create basic content for social media, construction updates, properties and day-to-day marketing purposes.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, photographers, videographers and other external specialists when required.
• Use AI and modern digital marketing tools effectively.
• Help develop and improve the company's online marketing processes and systems as the business grows.
