IBMC, a business management consulting firm, is seeking a strategic Fullstack Digital Marketing Manager to lead the Growth Marketing team. You will oversee Performance Ads, CRM, and SEO, driving integrated full-funnel strategies to maximize ROI and lower CAC while aligning with international client needs.

This role requires 5+ years in digital marketing, 2+ in leadership, mastery of GA4, Meta/Google Ads, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and collaboration with design, web, sales, and PR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in digital marketing.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience with international/fintech clients is preferred.
• Strong ROI and CAC optimization capability.
• Hands-on execution with strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Growth Marketing team across Ads, CRM, and SEO.
• Develop integrated full-funnel strategies across Meta, Google, Email journeys.
• Oversee campaign architecture, budgeting, and ROI tracking.
• Design customer journeys and automation workflows.
• Own multi-channel reporting for stakeholders.
