Job summary

FutureKeepers is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist, Growth & Campaign, based in Indonesia to lead audience growth and drive qualified leads. You will plan and run email and lead-generation campaigns in Klaviyo, manage paid media across Meta, Google and TikTok, and steer integrated campaigns from planning through measurement.

You will rely on data to optimize results, collaborate with events and activations, and stay ahead of digital trends in a fast-moving, AI-forward studio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, performance, email or digital campaign marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms for segmentation, automation and testing.
• Hands-on experience running paid media across Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Experience leading integrated campaigns from planning to delivery and measurement.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize email marketing campaigns.
• Plan, execute and optimize lead-generation campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign and channel performance using data insights.
• Execute and oversee paid media across Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Own the execution of integrated marketing campaigns from planning through delivery and optimization.
• Monitor audience behavior and campaign trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Support planning and execution of events and activations.
