Job summary

FutureKeepers, an AI-native content studio, is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist, Content & Creator, based in Indonesia.

You will own Indonesian reach, manage creator partnerships end-to-end, and drive campaigns from brief to publish using our in-house AI tools. The role blends strategy, content production, and performance insights in a fast-moving, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in content, social media, creator or influencer marketing, or digital campaigns.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep familiarity with Indonesian social platforms and internet culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content plans for Indonesian audiences across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram using in-house AI tools.
• Own end-to-end creator lifecycle from sourcing to performance review.
• Lead creator-led campaigns from brief to publish.
• Manage briefs, assets, timelines and approvals across internal teams, creators and external partners.
• Monitor social, creator and content trends; track performance to improve reach and engagement.
• Support planning and execution of events and partner activations.

FutureKeepers is an AI-native content production studio and media network for energy organisations, NGOs, climate innovators, brands entering emerging markets, and campaigns activating across Asia. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist, Content & Creator, based in Indonesia to join our growing team.

The role

This is a senior, hands-on role. You will own how FutureKeepers reaches Indonesian audiences and how we work with the creators who help us do it. You will plan and make content using our own AI production tools, run creator partnerships from first message to final report, and lead creator-led campaigns from brief to publish. You will keep briefs, assets and approvals moving between our team, creators and partners, spot what is working on Indonesian social before everyone else does, and support our events and activations.

What you will do

• Content and audience: Develop and execute content plans for Indonesian audiences. Produce content across video, social and more using our in-house AI tools, localise it so it lands culturally and not just linguistically, and run publishing across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and more.
• Creator partnerships: Own the end-to-end creator lifecycle, from sourcing and vetting to outreach, negotiation, relationship management, content review and performance tracking. Support creators in our Influencer Studio programme to get the most out of our in-house AI tools.
• Content and creator campaigns: Develop and execute creator-led campaigns from brief through production, approval and publishing.
• Marketing operations: Manage briefs, assets, timelines and approvals across internal teams, creators and external partners.
• Content and creator insights: Monitor social, creator and content trends. Track performance, and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and audience growth.
• Events and activations: Support the planning and execution of events, activations and partner moments, from Bangkok Climate Week to local partner events.

What you will bring

• 4+ years of relevant experience in content, social media, creator or influencer marketing, or digital campaigns.
• Experience running creator, influencer or talent partnerships end to end, including sourcing, vetting, outreach, briefing, negotiation and relationship management.
• Experience leading campaigns from brief through execution, delivery and reporting.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. You can write clear, engaging messages and work well with different stakeholders.
• Deep familiarity with Indonesian social platforms and internet culture, and a strong sense of what resonates with local audiences.
• A good eye for content. You know what earns a watch, a share or a follow, and what gets scrolled past.
• Comfort with data and performance insights. You can see what is working, what isn't and what to do next.
• Strong organisational instincts. You can keep multiple projects moving at once, manage competing priorities and make sure nothing slips.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership. You are proactive, resourceful and happy figuring things out in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience supporting events, brand activations, launches or community moments.
• Experience supporting promotional activity and brand partnerships.
• Comfort with marketing and productivity tools such as Notion, Hootsuite or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools is a big plus. Curiosity about new tools and a willingness to experiment is essential.
• Interest in climate and energy. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be curious about the energy transition and the role FutureKeepers is trying to play.
