WireHire is seeking a Vice President of Growth to lead rapid expansion across its multi-brand retail platform, owning end-to-end growth funnel across digital and physical channels.

The role requires strategic vision and hands-on execution with a proven track record of scaling retail or consumer brands. You will define growth roadmaps, optimize unit economics, and guide cross-functional squads in a fast-paced environment. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English are essential, MBA preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–12+ years of growth leadership, management consulting, or senior growth marketing experience in modern retail or consumer brands.
• Omnichannel expertise across offline and online channels, including e-commerce and delivery platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities: data analytics, attribution, cohort analysis, and financial modeling.
• Proven leadership to recruit, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a data-driven growth plan across online and offline channels.
• Lead full-funnel experiments for acquisition, activation, retention, and LTV.
• Manage growth budgets, CAC, payback periods, and portfolio profitability.
• Build and scale a high-performing growth team and analytics infrastructure.
