Flexport Indonesia is seeking a senior commercial leader to spearhead growth in the Indonesian market. You will own a book of business, build client relationships, and tailor Flexport solutions to move client value forward across Asia and beyond.

You will work independently from day one, guiding relationships with large and mid-market customers, and mentoring Account Managers as the team grows. This role requires strategic thinking, negotiations, and a proactive, global mindset.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
• Eight+ years in sales, account management, and supply chain operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain is preferred.
• Proactive, independent, and self-driven with high standards.

Mansioni

• Lead the growth plan for your book of business and generate opportunities.
• Close and deliver solutions by aligning client goals with Flexport services.
• Act as trusted advisor and advocate for client needs inside Flexport.
• Conduct regular touchpoints and business reviews to show value and retain clients.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Implementation, and global teams to execute client strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and client health to improve outcomes.
• Help clients optimize their operations and supply chains.
