Job summary

Klook Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to lead acquisition and partnerships for Activities & Experiences across Jakarta, Java and other cities. You will identify, pitch, and onboard merchants, negotiate terms, and drive growth for domestic bookings.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or early-career BD professionals with strong communication, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills, willing to travel across Indonesia and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia

Qualifications

• Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills are essential.
• Proven track record in hunting and closing new business.
• Data-driven decision making and ability to act on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Supply Acquisition and onboarding of new merchant partners across Indonesia.
• Build and manage a pipeline; hit new-signing targets.
• Lead end-to-end deal negotiation including terms while protecting margins.
• Foster long-term relationships with partners to drive retention.
• Analyze GMV, take rate, CVR by partner and city; drive action plans.
