Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a commercially driven Key Account professional to grow the Local Foodstore business. You will own and grow key customer accounts, lead negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver profitable sales and revenue growth.

The role requires building strong partnerships, developing account strategies, and managing forecasts to meet targets in a dynamic market environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, key account management, or related commercial role.
• Experience in account management and customer negotiations.
• Experience with Local Foodstore or Local Key Accounts is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow key customer accounts, driving revenue and profitability targets.
• Build strong business partnerships with Local Key Accounts and identify opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including trading terms and promotional agreements.
• Develop account strategies based on sales performance and market needs.
• Manage forecasts and monitor account performance against targets.
• Create pricing, promotions, displays, assets, and programs to accelerate growth.
• Review account performance, identify gaps, and translate insights into plans.
• Collaborate with Modern Trade, Field Sales, Commercial Development, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Stay connected to market trends to strengthen competitive position.
