Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Property, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
Experience in property, real estate, or residential development is highly preferred
Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets
Strong understanding of property market trends and sales channels
Strong network with property agents, brokers, corporate clients, and strategic partners
Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills
Strong strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets
Lead the sales team and monitor overall sales performance
Develop pricing, promotional, and customer acquisition strategies
Build and maintain relationships with agents, customers, and strategic partners
Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
