Job summary

PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk is seeking a Sales & Commercial General Manager to lead the overall commercial strategy, including sales, leasing, and marketing, to achieve revenue targets and growth.

You will oversee pricing, budgets, partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration, while building a high-performance team and ensuring profitability. With extensive experience in commercial leadership, you will drive performance analytics, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Commercial, Sales, Leasing, or Business Development.
• At least 3 years of experience in a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership position.
• Commercial Sales & Leasing Strategy expertise.
• Marketing Strategy & Business Development expertise.
• Budgeting, Strategic Planning & Business Performance Analysis expertise.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis expertise.
• Sales Leadership, Coaching & Process Optimization expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strategic thinking with strong business and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize commercial sales, leasing, and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Establish pricing strategies, payment schemes, and annual work plans while monitoring budget utilization and market opportunities.
• Lead and oversee commercial sales and leasing activities to ensure target achievement, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, tenants, business partners, and key stakeholders while representing the company in commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen commercial performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, profitability, and business performance, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Commercial team by setting performance targets, evaluating results, and supporting operational decision-making.
• Oversee budgeting, sales reports, commission proposals, departmental performance reports, and other commercial reports required by management.
• Support company-wide initiatives, perform other duties assigned by management, and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
