Job summary

PT XanhSM Green & Smart Mobility is seeking an Online Partner Development Lead to oversee e-commerce partnerships, marketplaces, and digital channels in Jakarta. You will brief the in-house Marketing team on priorities and direction while monitoring live campaigns to drive scalable bookings.

You will own performance oversight across platform ads, affiliate channels, and partner campaigns, negotiate placements, set KPIs, and lead a team to optimize CAC and ROAS in a high-volume growth environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, or marketplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance across marketplace advertising, retail media, and digital channels.
• Brief Marketing on priorities, targeting direction, and budget allocation based on performance data.
