Job summary

PT Good Sale Tech is seeking an E-commerce Manager to accelerate growth across our brand portfolio. You will lead strategic initiatives, optimize pricing, promotions, and assortment, and drive platform performance on Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation, and stakeholder management, with 3-5 years of experience in big brands or marketplace environments. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in big brands, e-commerce enablers, or marketplace platforms.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and optimization of brand assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies to maximize revenue.
• Monitor e-commerce metrics across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada to identify opportunities.
• Drive execution of platform promotion tools to boost conversion and traffic.
• Manage marketplace advertising to achieve ROI and scalable campaigns.
• Oversee daily e-commerce operations and ensure seamless execution across channels.
• Lead campaign submissions and post-mortems to inform strategy.
• Build internal alignment and relationships with platform partners to unlock growth.
