Job summary

UniTAG in Malang, East Java, seeks an experienced E-commerce Lead to plan and manage multi-channel sales strategies across online stores and live streaming. You will drive GMV growth by optimizing product strategies, campaigns, and partnerships.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, deep familiarity with Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and strong cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Operations. Malang-based position with potential for regional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• At least 4 years in e-commerce with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience with consumer electronics or premium lifestyle products is preferred.
• Hands-on with Shopee/TikTok Shop/Tokopedia/Lazada backend platforms.
• Proficient in Paid Ads and measuring campaign performance.
• Strong data-driven approach to e-commerce metrics.
• Willing to relocate/place in Malang, East Java.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage cross-channel e-commerce strategies to meet GMV targets.
• Monitor GMV, CTR, and CR; identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize ad budget to maximize ROAS.
• Create annual/monthly promotional calendars (bundles, vouchers).
• Lead e-commerce team, affiliates, live hosts, and customer service.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations on campaigns and inventory.
• Prepare regular performance reports for online stores.
