Job summary

PT Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia seeks a Branch Performance Analyst in Jakarta to monitor daily and monthly branch performance and drive key business indicators. You will analyze branch projects, stock, costs, and installer rewards, coordinating with branches and divisions for improvements.

You will support sales and business development, assess market conditions, prepare reports, and coordinate meetings while contributing to overall business growth and aligning with management directives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any major.
28–30 years old.
Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in Sales, Business Development, Commercial, or related fields.
Strong understanding of sales and business operations.
Experience in monitoring sales performance or branch/business performance is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working with multiple teams and handling various business priorities.
Strong leadership potential and interested in developing a long-term career in business management.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze daily and monthly branch performance and other key performance indicators.
Monitor branch projects, stock, operational activities, installer rewards, operational costs, and other business initiatives.
Identify performance gaps and coordinate with branches and related divisions for follow-up and improvement.
Monitor the progress of branch projects, campaigns, customer issues, and management directives.
Support sales and business development initiatives across branches.
Analyze branch performance and market conditions to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
Work closely with branch teams and related departments to ensure business initiatives are properly executed.
Support initiatives to improve sales performance, branch productivity, and overall business growth.
Prepare business reports, analysis, presentations, and other materials required by management.
Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and monitor follow-up actions.
Support day-to-day coordination and administrative matters related to business activities.
