Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, management trainee, or related roles.
• Strong passion and interest in Sales & Business Development.
• Good analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-up and project management skills.
• Willing to work closely with the VP and support various business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist VP in managing and monitoring sales and business development activities.
• Support the VP in developing sales strategies, business plans, and new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors.
• Assist in managing key projects and following up on business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and business analysis for management review.
• Follow up on action items, meetings, and strategic initiatives led by the VP.
• Support the VP in customer meetings, business discussions, and other sales-related activities.
