Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a junior paid media specialist to support execution and optimization of campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok for large, performance-driven accounts in Jakarta. The role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with high-budget environments, and the ability to move quickly across multiple campaigns and objectives.

You will work with strategy, performance, and analytics teams to ensure accurate delivery and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or platform operations.
• Experience supporting campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
• Manage daily operations including budget pacing and bid adjustments.
• Perform QA checks and monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Support keyword management and platform best practices for large brands.
