Job summary

IBMC, Bali-based, seeks a Group COO to unify and scale operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Indonesia. You will build the group’s operating system end-to-end, standardize processes, and implement automation and ERP/SaaS tools.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of operational experience in SaaS, fintech, or prop trading.
• Proven ERP evaluation and implementation experience.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience leading multi-country or multi-entity operations.
• Location: Bali-based position.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic vision into measurable operational frameworks and goals.
• Define group KPIs and OKRs aligned with growth and performance.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and execution for group expansion.
• Audit processes across group companies to remove bottlenecks.
• Design and roll out SOPs for onboarding, CS, marketing, HR, finance, and development.
• Oversee ERP/vendor selection and integration of key systems.
• Drive cross-entity collaboration and standardized reporting.
• Partner with CFO on cost control and ROI metrics.
