Job summary

Patra Legal Consultant is seeking a Guest Relations Officer/Villa Supervisor in Bali. The role requires at least 2 years in GRO, villa supervision or a Butler position, and strong English skills to lead housekeeping and maintenance teams.

You will monitor staff, assign daily tasks, handle guest requests and ensure SOPs and service standards are followed, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in GRO, Villa Supervisor or Butler.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience supervising Housekeeping and Maintenance teams.

• Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
• Based in Bali or willing to work in the area.
