Job summary

Patra Legal Consultant is seeking a Guest Relations Officer/Villa Supervisor in Bali. The role requires at least 2 years in GRO, villa supervision or a Butler position, and strong English skills to lead housekeeping and maintenance teams.

You will monitor staff, assign daily tasks, handle guest requests and ensure SOPs and service standards are followed, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in GRO, Villa Supervisor or Butler.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience supervising Housekeeping and Maintenance teams.
• Ability to monitor staff, assign tasks and ensure SOPs and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Address guest requests, complaints and emergencies professionally.
• Oversee villa operations and basic administrative tasks.
• Inspect villas before guest arrival for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure high guest satisfaction and smooth service.
