Job summary

PT PEFINDO Biro Kredit is seeking a motivated final-year student or fresh graduate for a three-month internship in Jakarta Selatan to assist in risk-monitoring dashboards, data maintenance, and reporting.

You will analyze large datasets in Excel, prepare daily to monthly reports, and create awareness materials using Canva, while learning governance, risk management, and compliance.

Strong communication and teamwork are valued, with basic English proficiency and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduate student or fresh graduate.
• Interest in governance, risk management, and compliance will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to use Canva or similar design tools.
• Strong administrative, data-processing, and presentation-development skills.
• Detail-oriented, communicative, responsible, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Available for a three-month internship, with the possibility of an extension based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, developing, and maintaining risk-monitoring dashboards.
• Process and analyze large datasets using Microsoft Excel and present the results through informative dashboards.
• Maintain and manage risk data to support monitoring and reporting activities.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentation materials.
• Support the team in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Develop communication and awareness materials related to risk, compliance, and/or company policies using Canva or similar design tools.
