Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and PivotTables; basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Willingness to learn and understand financial regulatory reporting requirements, including OJK and BI regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate financial data from internal systems, including accounting, payments, transactions, and platform disbursements.
• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to track financial and operational metrics.
• Support month-end closing by preparing data for reconciliation between source systems and the general ledger.
• Prepare data extracts and supporting schedules for regulatory reporting (OJK, BI) and audit requests.
• Perform routine data quality checks and flag discrepancies, missing data, and anomalies to senior team members.
• Maintain documentation of data sources, data definitions, and reporting templates.
• Coordinate with IT and Engineering teams to resolve data issues and system access requirements.
