Stie Yai is seeking a Data Analyst Intern to support the GTF Lending Operations team in Jakarta. You will assist with data requests, maintain data accuracy, and help monitor dashboards to ensure performance visibility.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or recent graduates with basic Excel skills and a strong eagerness to learn about data analytics and BI, plus good communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently in your final semester of university or a recent graduate.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filtering, data entry).
• Strong interest in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Comfort communicating with operational stakeholders to understand data needs.

Responsibilities

• Support Operational Requests: Manage and prioritize incoming data-related queries from the broader operations team.
• Maintain Data Accuracy: Perform routine data refreshes to ensure business continuity and accuracy.
• Monitor Dashboards: Maintain and update existing operational dashboards so the team always has a clear view of performance.
• Extract Insights: Execute ad-hoc data pulls to answer specific, time-sensitive business questions.
• Develop Reporting: Assist in designing and building new operational reports as you grow and learn in the role.
