Job summary

Rasa Group is seeking a creative Graphic Designer & Multimedia Specialist to support brand and marketing efforts in the F&B manufacturing sector. You will craft visuals for campaigns, social media, catalogs, and presentations, while producing 2D motion graphics and promotional videos.

The role includes product photography, on-site shoot work, and close collaboration with the Brand, Marketing & Innovation teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or multimedia.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Familiar with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Portfolio showcasing design, photography, video editing, and 2D motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Create visual materials for marketing campaigns, social media, and catalogs.

• Handle product photography and videography, including lighting and retouching.
• Produce short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Rasa Group is looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Multimedia Specialist with strong skills in graphic design, photography, video editing, and 2D motion graphics to support our brand and marketing activities in the F&B manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visual materials for marketing campaigns, social media, digital advertising, product catalogs, brochures, presentations, and promotional activities.
• Develop 2D motion graphics, animated content, promotional videos, and engaging visual storytelling for various digital platforms.
• Handle product photography and videography, including lighting, composition, photo retouching, and video editing.
• Produce short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the Brand, Marketing & Innovation team to translate creative briefs into effective visual content.
• Maintain consistent brand identity and ensure all creative deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Manage and organize design files, photographs, video footage, and other digital assets.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, multimedia production, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Familiar with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experienced in graphic design, 2D animation, video editing, and product photography.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design, photography, video editing, and 2D motion graphics is required.
• Placement : PIK 2 (Onsite)

Preferred:

• Experience in F&B, FMCG, beverage, or consumer goods industries.
• Experience in product advertising, food and beverage photography, or commercial video production.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools is an advantage.
