Job summary

Rasa Group is seeking a creative Graphic Designer & Motion Artist (2D/3D) to craft engaging visuals for F&B products, campaigns, and digital marketing.

You'll design graphics for marketing, develop 2D motion graphics and 3D visualizations, and produce photos and videos with strong visual storytelling. Collaboration with Brand and Marketing teams is essential to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, Animation, or related field.
• Portfolio/showreel showcasing graphic design, 2D motion graphics, or 3D animation or product visualization is required.

Responsibilities

• Create graphic design materials for marketing campaigns, social media, digital advertising, product catalogs, and promotional activities.
• Develop engaging 2D motion graphics, animated content, and promotional videos for various digital platforms.
• Create 3D product models, animations, and realistic visualizations for beverages, packaging, ingredients, and other product-related assets.
• Produce product photography and videography, including lighting, composition, photo retouching, video editing, and post-production.
• Integrate 2D and 3D animations with video footage, visual effects, and other creative elements to produce compelling marketing content.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing & Innovation teams to translate creative briefs into effective visual concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency, manage digital assets, and ensure high-quality deliverables within established deadlines.

Are you looking for your next creative challenge? Rasa Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Motion Artist (2D/3D) to create engaging visual content for our F&B products, brand campaigns, and digital marketing activities.

What You Will Do

Create graphic design materials for marketing campaigns, social media, digital advertising, product catalogs, and promotional activities.

Create 3D product models, animations, and realistic visualizations for beverages, packaging, ingredients, and other product-related assets.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, 3D animation, or multimedia production.

Experienced in 2D motion graphics, video editing, or 3D software, such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, or 3ds Max.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.

A portfolio or showreel showcasing graphic design, 2D motion graphics or 3D animation or product visualization is required.

Proficient in Adobe Phtshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

Familiar with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Understands visual composition, typography, color theory, lighting, and visual storytelling.

Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.

Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the F&B, FMCG, beverage, or consumer goods industry.

Experience in commercial product photography, product advertising, or promotional video production.

Knowledge of realistic product rendering, liquid simulation, particle effects, and advanced animation techniques.

Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools.
