Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a creative Graphic Designer based in Jakarta to produce high-quality visuals for digital and print media. You will craft social content, print materials, and in-store visuals, while maintaining brand consistency across formats. Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop with Canva efficiency is essential.

You’ll collaborate with the marketing team, manage templates, and adapt designs quickly for daily production, including potential travel to shoots.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual content across digital and print media. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator for advanced vector creation and complex layouts, as well as Canva for efficient, high-volume graphic production and template management.

What You'll Do

Design daily and weekly content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook — posts, stories, and reel covers

Design print materials: menu boards, table talkers, banners, posters, flyers, and packaging labels

Support visual merchandising and campaign materials in-store

Adapt one design across formats (square post, story, A3 poster, sticker) without losing the brand look

Work with the marketing team to turn a rough idea into a few visual options, fast

Keep design files and templates organized so the team can reuse and update them easily

Build and maintain scalable design templates in Canva to streamline daily graphic production and ensure quick turnaround times.

Design others materials for company accordingly requirements.

What We're Looking For

1–2 years of design experience (agency, F&B, or retail background is fine)

Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; Canva, Figma is a plus

An eye for what makes food and drink content stop someone mid-scroll, not just what looks clean

Knowledge of core design principles: layout, typography, color theory, and composition.

Comfortable taking a short brief and coming back with a few directions on your own

Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and iterate based on constructive feedback.

English good enough to read a brief, discuss references, and talk through feedback with the team

Based in Jakarta, able to work from Fresh Market PIK and travel to Muara Karang when needed

A portfolio that includes both social media and print work

Nice to Have

Experience designing for a coffee shop, bakery, or restaurant brand

Basic picture or video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar)

Interest in Vietnamese food and coffee culture

Location

Based at Fresh Market PIK, Jakarta

Occasional travel to Muara Karang for shoots, store visits, or meetings
