Job summary

PT Tritunggal Multi Cemerlang (TMC Indonesia) is seeking a Creative Designer to craft engaging videos for social media and marketing campaigns. The role covers shooting, directing, and editing to deliver compelling stories across digital platforms.

You'll combine a design mindset with strong storytelling, stay ahead of short-form trends, and collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, or related field with GPA ≥ 3.00.
• Proficient in video editing software listed in requirements.
• Ability to shoot footage independently, not just edit.
• Proficient with photo editing tools like Photoshop/Lightroom.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Up-to-date with social media and short-form video trends.
• Creative thinker with initiative and willingness to learn.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video concepts for social media & marketing campaigns.
• Handle video production including filming, directing, and editing.
• Create motion graphics and short-form content for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing to transform ideas into visual storytelling.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across content.
• Stay updated with content trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms.
• Support asset development and design needs when required.
• Assist in overall content production for campaigns and branding.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or related field (min. GPA 3.00)

Skilled in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools

Able to independently take footage/shoot content, not limited to editing only

Familiar with photo editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom

Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual aesthetics

Up-to-date with social media and short-form video trends

Creative thinker with strong initiative and innovation mindset

Good time management and able to handle multiple projects

Creative, responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn
