Job summary

Eka Jaya Group is seeking a skilled 3D Visual Merchandiser to translate brand experiences into compelling booth and display concepts. You will collaborate with creative teams to design engaging merchandising assets for our beauty brands, ensuring consistency across materials and environments.

The role requires hands-on production oversight, familiarity with materials, and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D tools. Based at Alam Sutera, full-time office-based position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty industry, brand environments, or creative agencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Interior Design, Spatial Design, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and 3D design software such as SketchUp, Maya, or Blender.
• Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of materials and production techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
• Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO) at our Alam Sutera office.

Responsibilities

• Branding & Merchandising Design: Create visual concepts for branding and promotional materials, including booths, displays, glorifiers, and other merchandising assets.
• Material Selection & Planning: Identify suitable materials to ensure both visual appeal and product durability.
• Technical Drawing & Vendor Coordination: Prepare detailed technical drawings and production specifications, and coordinate handovers with vendors.
• Production Supervision & Execution: Oversee the production and installation process to ensure high-quality execution and timely completion.
