Job summary

PT Sen Karya Cemerlang is hiring a graphic designer to produce visuals for e‑commerce storefronts, banners, thumbnails, and ad assets. You will collaborate on‑site with Marketing to hit deadlines in Jakarta Pusat.

The ideal candidate holds a D3 or S1 in Visual Communication Design or Graphic Design, with 1–3 years of experience, strong Illustrator/Photoshop skills, solid typography, color theory, and ability to follow brand guidelines. A portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design or Graphic Design.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience; fresh graduates welcome with strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop with organized workflow.

Responsibilities

• Produce visual assets for e-commerce marketplaces (storefront banners, thumbnails, infographics).
• Design visuals for paid digital advertising (Meta, TikTok) with layout variations for testing.
• Create daily social media visuals and live-streaming graphics.
• Adapt assets to brand guidelines across formats and dimensions.
• Collaborate on-site with Marketing and Content to meet deadlines.

Salary Range : Rp5.000.000 - Rp8.000.000

Responsibilities:

• Produce visual assets for e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop), including storefront banners, product thumbnails, and feature infographics.
• Design creative visual materials for paid digital advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), including layout variations for testing.
• Create daily social media visual content and supporting live-streaming graphics (e.g., promotional overlays, lower thirds).
• Adapt and expand visual assets based on established brand guidelines and Key Visuals (KV) across various formats and dimensions.
• Collaborate directly on-site with the Marketing and Content teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (fresh graduates with strong, relevant portfolios are welcome to apply).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, maintaining a structured and organized workflow (layer organization, file hygiene).
• Solid foundation in layout design, typographic hierarchy, color theory, and digital visual standards.
• Willing and committed to working Full WFO (Monday – Saturday).
• Strong communication skills, receptive to constructive feedback/revisions, and capable of managing deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Magnific, Spaces, etc.) is a plus.
