Job summary

PT Satu Ritel Indo is seeking a Graphic Designer (Marketing and Promotion) to lead the visual content across online and offline channels. You will create social media assets, ecommerce banners, in-store materials, and promotional graphics that align with our brand identity.

Based in Jakarta Barat, the role focuses on driving brand awareness and sales through cohesive design, with opportunities to edit short-form video content as needed.

About us

We are a K beauty retail business in Indonesia, bringing Korean cosmetics brands to local customers through our own stores. We are building a strong visual presence across social media, ecommerce, and in store experiences, and we are looking for a designer to lead that work.

The role

You will create online and offline marketing content that drives brand awareness and sales. This covers everything from Instagram and TikTok assets to ecommerce banners and in store promotional materials. You will take our brand assets and bring them to life across every customer touchpoint.

What you will do

• Design digital content for social media (Instagram, TikTok) and ecommerce banners for Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop
• Create offline promotional materials: in store POSM, banners, standees, and brochures
• Apply and adapt our brand guidelines consistently across every channel and campaign
• Work with the marketing team on product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Prepare files ready for print and coordinate with printing vendors
• Support short form video content (Reels, TikTok) when needed

What we are looking for

• A strong portfolio showing both digital and print work (required to apply)
• Experience in graphic design is a plus, ideally in beauty, retail, FMCG, or ecommerce; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Solid skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Figma and Canva are a plus
• A good sense of layout, typography, and color, with an eye for beauty and lifestyle aesthetics
• Able to manage several projects at once and work at pace
• Video editing (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects) is a strong plus

Nice to have

• Experience with K beauty or Korean brands
• Familiarity with Indonesian social commerce trends and platforms
