Job summary

Kanmo Group is seeking a graphic designer to craft engaging digital assets for social media, e-commerce, and campaigns from briefs and brand guidelines. You will adapt designs for multiple platforms, collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams, and revise assets based on feedback while prioritizing timely delivery.

The role requires 1–2 years of professional experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and CapCut, and a foundational knowledge of motion design tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Proficient in CapCut for video editing and social content production.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or other motion design tools is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Able to translate briefs into effective visual communication.
• Detail-oriented and able to work within fast-paced timelines.

Conduct basic visual and market research to generate fresh and relevant design ideas.

Adapt and resize designs across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Social Media, and E-commerce teams to deliver creative projects on time.

Revise and finalize design assets based on stakeholder feedback.

Manage multiple design projects while ensuring high-quality output and meeting deadlines.

Stay updated with the latest design, digital, and social media trends.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Proficient in CapCut for video editing and social media content production.

Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other motion design tools is an advantage.

Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Able to interpret briefs and translate business or marketing objectives into effective visual communication.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work within fast-paced timelines.
