Job summary

LIT Group is seeking a Graphic Designer Intern to support the Creative and Marketing teams in producing visual content for our digital platforms. The role focuses on execution, assisting with content creation, photoshoots, and design production while ensuring outputs align with our brand standards.

You will collaborate with photographers and cross‑functional teams to maintain visual consistency across Instagram carousels, reels, stories, and other formats, while developing your skills in Adobe

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in design, visual communication, or related field.
• Interest in photography, content creation, branding and digital media.
• Basic photography, lighting, and composition understanding.
• Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut or similar.
• Willing to learn and follow creative direction.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

The Graphic Designer Intern will support the Creative and Marketing team in executing visual content across digital platforms. This role is highly execution-focused and hands-on, assisting in content creation, photoshoots, and design production while ensuring all outputs align with brand guidelines and visual standards.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Content Creation

• Design and edit visual content for social media, especially Instagram carousels, reels, and stories
• Retouch and optimize visual assets for various formats and platforms

Content Production Support

• Assist photographers and the creative team during content shoots
• Support shoot preparation, including setup and prop arrangement
• Double-check content materials to ensure proper angles, composition, and alignment with content direction
• Prepare props, products, and visual references prior to shoots

Brand & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and content teams to ensure visual consistency
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity
• Support coordination with internal teams and external vendors when required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from Design, Visual Communication, Creative Media, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong interest in photography, content creation, branding, and digital media
• Basic understanding of photography, lighting, and composition
• Familiar with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, or similar software
• Comfortable working with cameras, social media platforms, and digital content formats
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Able to work collaboratively and follow creative direction
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
