Mubadala Energy invites fresh graduates to join the Fresh Graduate Program 2027 - Business Services in Jakarta. This internship offers exposure to Formalities, Facility Management, and Business Travel functions within an international oil and gas company.

Successful candidates will develop skills in document administration, compliance, data reporting, and stakeholder coordination during a structured rotation starting early 2027 through 31 December 2027.

Qualifications

• This program is open to fresh graduates or early career professionals (max 1 year experience).
• Bachelor's degree in business-related fields required.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support formalities, facility management, and business travel operations.
• Assist document administration, licensing support, and data maintenance.
• Support office administration, asset, vendor, and travel activities.
• Assist data collection, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver services.
• Participate in improvement projects to boost efficiency.
