Job summary

Mubadala Energy Indonesia invites fresh graduates to join the Fresh Graduate Program 2027 for Project & Engineering – SURF in Jakarta. Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Interest in subsea, pipeline and offshore engineering.
• Willingness to handle both administrative and technical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support SPS & SURF team in monitoring procurement progress and issues.
• Coordinate interfaces with FPSO and Drilling teams.
• Track technical queries and contractor correspondence; support timely responses.
• Assist in engineering and procurement activities, including bid evaluations and documentation coordination.
• Prepare design reviews and constructability workshops; track actions.
• Review offshore campaign schedules and assist with SIMOPS planning.
• Develop understanding of construction documentation and permitting in Indonesian waters.
• Prepare technical reports and a final internship project presentation.
