Job summary

Mubadala Energy invites graduates to join the Fresh Graduate Program 2027 for Project & Engineering in SURF Jakarta. The program runs from early 2027 through 31 December 2027, offering exposure to international oil and gas operations.

Basic offshore facilities knowledge including fixed/floating platforms and pipelines.

Responsibilities

Support SPS & SURF team in monitoring procurement progress and issue identification.
Coordinate interfaces with FPSO and Drilling teams.
Track technical queries and contractor correspondence.
Assist in engineering and procurement activities, including bid evaluations.
Prepare design reviews and track related actions.
Review offshore campaign schedules and SIMOPS considerations.
Understand construction documentation and Indonesian permitting.
Prepare technical reports and final internship project presentation.
