RGf HR Agent Indonesia is seeking an Electrical Technician for a chemical water treatment company in Cikarang. The role focuses on installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of field equipment including dosing systems and analyzers.
The candidate should have a D3 in Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechatronics or related field, at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong English, a valid SIM A, and familiarity with PLC/HMI and testing tools.
Our client is a Chemical (water treatment) company. Currently, they are looking for Electrical Technician.
Job Responsibilities:
Install, commission, operate, and maintain company field equipment, including chemical dosing systems, water analyzers, monitoring systems, and related instrumentation.
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment and systems.
Provide technical support for equipment startup, commissioning, and field service activities at customer sites.
Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, inspection checklists, and other relevant technical documentation.
Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and customer representatives to ensure smooth project execution and effective resolution of field issues.
Ensure all installation, maintenance, and service activities are performed in accordance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable safety procedures.
Other tasks assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Power Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience as an Electrical Technician in the industrial water treatment industry (WTP/WWTP). Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
High conversational English proficiency.
Able to drive a car and hold SIM A.
Basic knowledge of PLC and HMI systems, including electrical panel assembly, wiring, and troubleshooting using electrical measuring instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation resistance testers.
Familiarity with industrial instrumentation and control devices, including sensors, transmitters, flow meters, conductivity meters, pH/ORP analyzers, and control valves.
Strong knowledge of industrial water treatment processes, chemical handling, pumps, dosing systems, and mechanical equipment.
Willing to travel frequently for business assignments across Indonesia.
Good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
