Job summary

Boston Scientific Indonesia seeks a dedicated government procurement specialist to manage the company’s presence in national procurement channels. You will oversee E-Catalogue and LPSE submissions, ensuring accurate product listings and compliance with MoH and LKPP requirements.

Working with internal teams and external authorities, you will coordinate registrations, pre-listing, and tender materials, address policy changes, and help maintain timely, compliant participation in Indonesia’s public

Qualifications

• Requires strong administrative, compliance, documentation, and process management skills.
• 1 year of E-Catalogue experience.
• Field of study: Corporate admin / administrative-related field, Biomedical or life science background.

Responsibilities

• Manage BSC Indonesia account in government procurement apps (E-Catalogue, LPSE, etc.).
• Coordinate product listings and timely submissions to e-catalogue.
• Handle pre-listing for e-catalogue including KFA registration and Master Product creation.
• Address rejections, freezes, and policy changes affecting listings or delisting.
• Coordinate tender submissions and ensure document completeness.
• Liaise with LKPP, MoH, and other authorities on procurement guidance.
