Job summary

About the role

Indonesia healthcare landscape is undergoing significant transformation driven by the government's commitment to Universal Health Coverage (UHC). Recent developments including reimbursement policy changes, healthcare service transformation, evolving clinical pathways, and increasing focus on cost-effectiveness have created a more complex environment for market access activities.

The increasing number of interactions and collaborations with external stakeholders including Ministry of Health, BPJS Kesehatan, HTA agencies, HCP associations, hospitals, academic institutions, and other healthcare ecosystem partners require dedicated support to manage project execution, material development and data analytics, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and tracking of key deliverables.

Having dedicated Market Access Support will enable the Market Access function to operate more efficiently, strengthen execution excellence, improve stakeholder responsiveness, and allow the Market Access Lead to focus on higher-value strategic activities, including policy engagement, access strategy development, senior stakeholder management, and identification of new access opportunities. This also aligned with the goal to develop a sustainable Indonesia HEMA capability.

Job Description

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of Health Economics Market Access projects and initiatives in Indonesia.
• Support preparation of presentations, briefing materials, reports, stakeholder engagement materials, and market access communication tools.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, advisory boards, roundtable discussions, and other stakeholder engagement activities involving government agencies, payers, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
• Support evidence generation initiatives including local research projects, health economics studies, real-world evidence programs, and publication-related activities.
• Maintain and organize documentation related to market access projects, stakeholder engagements, policy updates, and project tracking.
• Support collection, consolidation, and analysis of healthcare system, reimbursement, utilization, and market access-related information.
• Collaborate with Commercials, Regulatory Affairs, and other internal partners to facilitate cross-divisional market access initiatives.
• Support administrative and operational requirements related to stakeholder engagement activities, contracts, grants, educational programs, and evidence generation projects.

Requirement

• Requires strong analytical, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred field/s of study: Public Health, Health Economics, Economy, Statistics , Biostatistics.
• Proficient in English, research skills, Tableau or Excel-Power Point, Stata/SPSS, Good communication & willing to work as team
