Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced F&B operations manager to oversee daily Gourmet activities, develop strategies, and ensure compliance with quality standards. The role focuses on optimizing workflows, achieving sales targets, and expanding relationships with hotels, villas, restaurants, and premium customers.

You will monitor inventory, ensure FIFO/FEFO, analyze market trends, and lead recruitment and coaching to build a high-performing team in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the overall daily operations of Gourmet.
• Develop operational plans, business strategies, and sales targets.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with company SOPs and quality standards.
• Implement efficient operational systems and workflows.
• Establish and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop sales strategies through online grocery, direct sales, and customer relationship management.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
• Increase customer retention, repeat orders, and average order value.
• Develop business relationships with hotels, villas, restaurants, corporate clients, and premium customers.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to support product development.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement stock forecasting.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO procedures are followed.
• Control expired products, damaged goods, stock discrepancies, and product waste.
• Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Ensure product quality meets premium gourmet standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and product traceability standards.
• Ensure order accuracy, proper packaging, and timely delivery.
• Monitor revenue, gross profit margin, operating expenses, and profitability.
• Analyze product performance based on sales and margins.
• Conduct recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
