Job summary

PT Closed Loop Asia is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to manage a diverse client portfolio including healthcare, ecommerce, travel, and mobile apps. You will build and optimize campaigns end-to-end with a focus on structure, signal quality, and strategic decision-making.

Based in Bali or willing to relocate, you will work with a small, hands-on team and leverage proprietary tooling to operate at agency scale.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Search and Performance Max.
Experience with conversion tracking setup using GA4 and GTM.
Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; English for client work and documentation.

Responsibilities

Build and manage Google Ads accounts across the full portfolio: Healthcare, Ecommerce, Travel, Mobile Apps.
Own account structure and fix inherited accounts to improve performance.
Conduct weekly search term and negative keyword hygiene at portfolio scale.
Set up conversions properly, including GA4, GTM, enhanced conversions, offline conversion imports.
Manage Merchant Center and Shopping feeds for ecommerce accounts.
Run structured tests on bidding, match types, assets and landing pages, and report on them honestly including failed tests.
Deliver client reporting in plain language, tied to business outcomes rather than platform metrics.
Hold high account volume without letting quality slip on any portfolio.
