Job summary

Concentrix in Yogyakarta is seeking an English Customer Service Agent to support European and US travelers via call channels, handling flights and hotel bookings, changes, and problem resolution.

The role requires strong English communication, a minimum of 5 months in customer service (travel experience preferred), keen attention to detail, and willingness to work a rotating 24/7 schedule, including night shifts. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and relocate to Yogyakarta.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (B1 level above) both written and spoken.
• 5+ months of experience in customer service; travel industry or email/live chat/voice setting preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide Omnichannel support to European and US travelers for travel-related questions.
• Manage and process reservations, including flights and hotel bookings.
• Effectively handle booking changes and cancellations.
• Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional solutions for a seamless travel experience.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
