Job summary

PT Concentrix Services Indonesia in Yogyakarta is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist travelers with flight, hotel, car rental, and vacation package inquiries. You will handle new reservations, schedule changes, cancellations, rebookings, and special requests while maintaining calm, empathetic communication.

The role requires 1 year in customer service (fresh graduates welcome), a D3 or S1, and English proficiency at B1.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, fresh graduates welcome.
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) required.
• English proficiency (written and spoken) at B1 level.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Attention to detail, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist with new reservations, changes, cancellations, and rebooking.
• Explain fare rules, baggage policies, and refund procedures.
• Troubleshoot urgent situations with empathy under pressure.
• Contact airlines, hotels, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Maintain call logs and update ticket notes in CRM.
• Willing to relocate to Yogyakarta and work full WFO.
