Job summary

PT Concentrix Services Indonesia is seeking an English Customer Service Agent in Yogyakarta for fresh graduates. You will handle inquiries in English across voice and non-voice channels, support orders, returns, refunds, and issue resolution, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Willingness to relocate to Yogyakarta, work a night shift, and hold a D3/S1 with fluent English (B2) are required. Experience with Zendesk or Freshdesk is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (D3/S1).
• Fluent English communication (B2) in writing and speaking.
• Willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Familiarity with helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via voice and non-voice channels in English.
