Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Indonesia.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong recruitment channel management, interviewing, and candidate selection skills with hands-on experience.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment plans and strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates against requirements and criteria.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring departments.
• Analyze recruitment data and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
