Tripledot Studios Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition partner to work with hiring managers and studio leads, shaping best-practice recruitment and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will manage data across ATS, track requisitions, and support hiring across creative, technical, operational, commercial and marketing roles.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems and other standard aspects of Talent Acquisition.
• Experience hiring for technical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Fluent spoken and written English; clear, professional communication.
• Adaptive communicator, able to adjust style to suit different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Studio leads, advising on best practices and strategies to ensure in-house service.
• Provide industry-leading candidate and hiring manager experience to hire and onboard high-value talent.
• Maintain data across our Applicant Tracking System, Requisition Tracker, LinkedIn Projects and Job Briefing records.
• Support recruitment for multiple departments including creative, technical, operational, commercial and marketing roles.
• Implement processes that connect candidates, hiring managers and HR teams for quick, collaborative hiring.
