Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Hiring Partner to focus on sourcing and initial qualification for assignments. You will collaborate with the internal Recruitment Delivery team to identify suitable candidates and submit profiles for further recruitment processes.

This role suits recruiters with agency, in-house, executive search, freelance, or talent sourcing experience. As a Hiring Partner, you will work remotely under a performance-based partnership model, with an initial 3-month evaluation period

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, executive search, or related fields.
• Ability to assess candidate suitability based on requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for junior to executive positions.
• Review candidate profiles against job requirements.
• Conduct initial discussions to assess background, experience, availability and expectations.
• Submit qualified candidates that meet requirements.
• Provide candidate information and feedback to MatchaTalent team.
• Coordinate with Recruitment Delivery Managers on hiring needs and feedback.
• Use sourcing channels like LinkedIn, Boolean search, portals, networks, and social media.
• Maintain accurate candidate information using provided tools and processes.
• Follow MatchaTalent's qualification and submission standards.
