Job summary

MOO Vision Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to develop and implement integrated strategies across its divisions.

You will lead demand and supply planning, forecast, replenishment, and distribution for all outlets and units. The role supervises end-to-end procurement, supplier negotiations (local and overseas), logistics, and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with import regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Prior experience in the retail industry (FMCG, Fashion, or Consumer Goods preferred).
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Strong experience in import procurement, with a solid understanding of customs regulations and shipping documentation.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills, especially with overseas suppliers.
• Proficient in Odoo ERP, particularly in procurement, inventory, and warehouse management modules.
• Advanced Google Workspace skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
• Willing to travel for business purposes as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated supply chain strategies to support MOO Group’s business growth across its business units.
• Lead demand and supply planning, including forecasting, replenishment, and distribution planning across all retail outlets and business units.
• Manage group-wide inventory performance by optimizing stock levels, improving turnover, and minimizing slow-moving and dead stock.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement and buyer operations, including sourcing, supplier negotiation (local and overseas), purchase order management, and supplier acquisition initiatives.
• Supervise logistics and warehouse operations (inbound and outbound), ensuring efficient distribution, operational effectiveness, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and company SOPs, particularly for overseas procurement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Store Operations across MOO Group to ensure product availability and alignment with commercial objectives.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs, including service level, fill rate, inventory turnover, lead time, and logistics cost, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective utilization of Odoo ERP to support integrated supply chain processes, data accuracy, inventory visibility, procurement control, and operational efficiency across MOO Group.
