Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Chinese-speaking Factory Procurement Integrated Planning Specialist to coordinate IBP and S&OP processes after PO confirmation, ensuring production readiness and material availability across global and local teams in Indonesia.

You will work with overseas suppliers and HQ, manage production cutovers, monitor forecast accuracy and inventory, and prepare planning dashboards. Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable Indonesian or overseas university.
• Experience in supply chain planning, procurement planning, production planning, logistics planning, or supply chain operations (3+ years).
• 1–2 years in a similar role as a Supply Chain or Planning Specialist.
• Strong IBP/S&OP understanding, procurement processes, and inventory management.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle ERP; advanced Excel; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with forecasting and data management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regional/global teams.
• Owns responsibilities with flexibility to support outside regular hours.
• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese due to overseas coordination.

Job Role

The Chinese-speaking Factory Procurement Integrated Planning Specialist is responsible for coordinating integrated business planning activities across demand planning, supply planning, procurement alignment, and cross-border supply chain coordination. Working closely with global headquarters, suppliers, and local business teams, this role ensures production readiness, material availability, and accurate planning execution immediately after customer purchase orders are confirmed. The position plays a critical role in supporting end-to-end supply chain performance through data-driven planning, forecast analysis, and close coordination with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate integrated planning activities immediately after customer purchase orders are confirmed.
• Coordinate closely with overseas suppliers and global headquarters to align production schedules, material planning, and supply availability.
• Execute Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes across demand forecasts, inventory, procurement, and production planning.
• Manage product version transitions, supply constraints, and production cutover planning to minimize operational risks.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory levels, procurement performance, and supply chain planning metrics using ERP systems and analytical tools.
• Analyze planning data to identify potential supply chain risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and regional planning teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
• Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and business analyses to support operational and management decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from a reputable Indonesian or overseas university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement planning, production planning, logistics planning, or supply chain operations within the ICT, telecommunications, technology, electronics, manufacturing, or logistics industries.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Supply Chain Specialist, Planning Specialist, Operations Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), procurement processes, manufacturing planning, logistics coordination, and inventory management.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical capabilities with knowledge of statistical analysis, demand forecasting, planning metrics, and supply chain data management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across regional and global teams.
• Highly resilient, adaptable, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with the flexibility to support critical business activities outside regular working hours when required.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory due to frequent communication with overseas suppliers and global headquarters.
