Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM or related field.

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, and distribution.
• Experience managing 3PL and optimizing logistics costs.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to travel.

Develop strategies to optimize logistics costs, delivery performance, and warehouse productivity.

Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, reconciliation, and product availability.

Monitor operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage 3PL providers, transportation vendors, and service-level performance.

Lead and develop supply chain teams while driving distribution network optimization across Indonesia.

Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, and E-commerce teams to ensure effective supply chain operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial position.

Strong background in logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution.

Experience managing 3PL providers and logistics cost optimization.

Familiarity with ERP/WMS and strong analytical and reporting skills.

Proven leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Willingness to travel when required.

Preferred: Experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG industries, particularly in distribution network development and optimization.
