Job summary

RSC in Indonesia is seeking a motivated sourcing professional to join our international procurement team. You will join our network to identify Chinese manufacturers, negotiate terms, and manage orders from quote to delivery, while coordinating with global clients.

The role emphasizes initiative, strong communication, and the ability to grow into senior sourcing, procurement, or business development responsibilities within our expanding international operations.

Qualifications

• Identify reliable manufacturers, factories, and suppliers in China.

Ideal Candidate

Must be currently based in Indonesia.

Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Basic Chinese/Mandarin communication skills are a plus.

Previous experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supplier management, or international trade is preferred.

Familiarity with Alibaba, 1688, or Chinese supplier platforms is an advantage.

Good negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable communicating with international clients and Chinese suppliers.

Organized, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.

Willing to learn quickly and take ownership of responsibilities.
